How long does it take to ship an order?

Once your order has been placed, the order is processed immediately and arranged for shipping the next day. Typical delivery times in the US are between 3 and 15 days. Product which is on backorder would have a 4-8 week lead time.

Where do you ship to?

We are set up for quick delivery within the United States. We can ship around the world but if you are outside of the continental US, please reach out to us using our contact us page. Please note that if you are located in an area that is remote, delivery times may vary.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free!!

What is your warranty?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on the workmanship of our products. If something breaks due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us and we will send you the replacement parts right away, free of charge. 

What is your refund policy?

If you purchase our products and change your mind before the product is shipped, at that time we would be able to offer you a refund. Any product which has been shipped but yet to be received, is available for a refund minus the shipping costs. Any product which has been shipped and delivered, is only eligible for refund and return if you have the packaging and pallet for return shipping. Shipping companies will not accept packages without the packaging. A refund would be issued minus the delivery and return shipping costs.

If you feel unsure about the product regarding color or quality and are thinking of potentially returning the cabinet after testing, please purchase the products with one of our retail partners at Home Depot.com, Sam’s Club.com or Amazon.  National retail stores are set up to handle returns efficiently.

What if the product comes damaged? 

Our highest priority is that you get a perfect product, so we add shipping insurance on every shipment. It happens on rare occasions that in transit, something hits your package and damages it. The insurance protects us both from the trucking company.

Please inspect the product carefully before receiving it. There should be no visible damage to the packaging. If the packaging looks like it’s been hit in any way, please take a picture of the damaged packaging, open the box to check for damage, make a note of the damage on the driver’s paperwork, and call us while the driver is still there. That is the easiest and best time to fix any shipping issues. We would then replace the damaged cabinet.

I entered incorrect information or want to change or cancel my order. How can I do this?

Simply contact us within 24 hours from our contact us page and let us know how you’d like to amend your order!
