How long does it take to ship an order?
Once your order has been placed, the order is processed immediately and arranged for shipping the next day. Typical delivery times in the US are between 3 and 10 days. Product which is on backorder would have a 4-6 week lead time.
Where do you ship to?
We are set up for quick delivery within the United States. We can ship around the world but if you are outside of the continental US, please reach out to us using our contact us page. Please note that if you are located in an area that is remote, delivery times may vary.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free!!
What is your warranty?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on the workmanship of our products. If something breaks due to a manufacturing issue, please reach out to us and we will send you the replacement parts right away, free of charge.
What is your refund policy?
If you feel you will need to return an item because you are unsure, please purchase the products with one of our retail partners at Home Depot.com, Sam’s Club.com or Amazon. If you purchase, and change your mind before the product is shipped, at that time we would be able to offer you a refund. Any product which has been delivered but not opened, is available for returns minus the shipping costs.
I entered incorrect information or want to change or cancel my order. How can I do this?
